Summary of reviewsVery kind and friendly elderly owner who provided everything we needed. Fantastic location close to rocky beach and with amazing sea. Spacious and cool house with a nice terrace for dining. Only downside was noise from kids playing, but manageable with AC. Surprisingly few mosquitoes. Overall, a charming place where we left our hearts.

All'arrivo ci ha accolto il proprietario, un signore anziano molto molto gentile e simpatico, che ci ha fornito tutto ciò che poteva servirci durante il soggiorno. La posizione della casa è fantastica: a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia rocciosa, con un mare a dir poco fantastico. A pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Torre San Giovanni con Il Porticciolo e tutti i negozi. La spiaggia con la sabbia davanti all'Isola di pazze si raggiunge anche a piedi o in 2 minuti di macchina. La casa è molto spaziosa e fresca. Oltre al bagno con la doccia è presente un minuscolo gabinetto cieco. Dalla sala si accede a un bel terrazzo con sedia a dondolo dove abbiamo pranzato al fresco tutti i giorni. L'unico neo è stato il rumore degli schiamazzi dei ragazzini che giocavano fino a tardi la sera nella piazzetta di fronte. Per fortuna c'era l'aria condizionata e chiudendo le finestre si riusciva a prendere sonno. Intorno alla casa c'è un lungo terrazzo quasi sempre all'ombra. Con nostra sorpresa c'erano pochissime zanzare, giusto qualcuna la sera al tramonto. A proposito, a 4 minuti a piedi si scende sulla costa x ammirare il tramonto sul mare.. una bellezza mozzafiato.. e, volendo, si può percorrere una lunghissima passeggiata sulla spiaggia (ricoperta di macchia mediterranea) che conduce alla fantastica Baia dei Diavoli e porta anche ben oltre. Insomma.. in un posto così incantevole ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore!
