Room Stay 3

Welcoming Hosts. Thank you for the scones! Nice place to relax once you find it, lol. Would have really enjoyed sitting out on the patio with the weather was warmer. So nice!

Had a very hard time finding this location. We learned from our host that while in our Ireland, we should only use Google maps. If you have the postal code which you put into your search you will get correct instructions . Now we know, and it has worked perfectly with our subsequent bookings.

Paddy and Maree are wonderful host and the accommodation is great with a rural setting

Nothing

Very friendly, fine bedroom, comfy bed.

I felt the bathroom could be better

Isolated and quite quaint, landlady was welcoming and pleasant. Room well provided but sink was on opposite side of bed to bathroom - weird, suggest move sink.

Tired at end of a long day. Just sit and rest, watch TV. No "Normal " TV available in room. just a load of Apps available for films or series. In Ireland we should be able to relax and watch IRISH TV: RTE1 - RTE 2 - VIRGIN, also BBC - Sky news etc, easy watch. Not possible , we spent an hour or more trying to get something to watch, TV was too complicated, perhaps younger people would manage it, but low tech 'TV Ordinaire' should be available for older clients. it was the night Katie Taylor had her last fight, free to Air, but not at these premises. We ,missed it. Other countries we can always see National TV? Keep it simple not hi-tech. Isolated, had to drive around to find food, pubs and restaurants closed down in the area, had to go back into CORK city.
