La ubicación. Aire acondicionado.
El desagüe de la ducha iba mal. Aunque intentó arreglarlo no mejoró mucho, ya que es un problema de la instalación. Había poco menaje. Había que estar atento al desagüe del aire acondicionado, ya que se resuelve con una garrafa dentro del apartamento.

La ubicación es perfecta
Lo vecinos del edificio de enfrente fueron muy desagradables porque la bombilla de su escalera parpadeaba de forma indefinida y no quisieron hacer nada. Tampoco me gustó estar pendiente de la garrafa donde vertía el agua el aire acondicionado. Si te despistas, puedes provocar un problema.
