L’emplacement (en plein centre et à côté de la plage), le prix très abordable, la terrasse ! Gonzalo a été très sympa et nous a permis de rester plus longtemps après le check out.
Cela manquait de propreté. C’est vrai qu’on entend beaucoup l’ascenseur et ça peut déranger le sommeil car la chambre se trouve à proximité.

Lo mejor del apartamento son las vistas, tiene un balcón estupendo y el sol entra desde primera hora de la mañana. Está en una de las mejores zonas de Almería Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, que es mucho mejor. Sin duda repetiría encantado.
La ducha es muy pequeña y aparcar cuesta un poco (si no lo quieres dejar en un párking que hay al lado).

Buena ubicación del centro del pueblo (un poco más retirado de la playa) . Vistas inmejorables de la ciudad.
El apartamento estaba muy muy sucio, la pared de la habitación colinda con el ascensor y el ruido es tremendo. El olor del baño nauseabundo y directamente relacionado con la de mosquitos que afloraban dentro. Únicamente nos dejaron un rollo de papel para dos personas dos días, escaso para el precio pagado por noche teniendo en cuenta que es temporada baja. El apartamento necesita claramente una reforma y un cambio en el servicio de limpieza
