We had a very pleasant stay. The host was extremely welcoming and kindly waited for us even though we arrived late in the evening. The location is excellent – you can easily explore the city on foot. Having a private garage was a huge advantage and made our stay much more convenient. The apartment had everything that was described, including complimentary drinking water, and it was clean. Although the furniture is a bit older, everything was functional and comfortable.
One tip for future guests, especially during the summer months: ask the host to switch on the air conditioning before your arrival so the apartment is cool when you check in. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Almería. For us, good for 1 night.

Φανταστική διαμονή στην Αλμερία. Το σπίτι τα είχε όλα και δεν μας έλειψε τπτ. Οι χώροι μεγάλοι και άνετοι. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογοι. Νοίωσαμε σαν το σπίτι να είναι δικό μας.

Fantastic location, host very friendly and informative, free parking in city centre. Small but had everything needed for 1 night stay.
Staircase to terrace, but for younger guests wouldn't be a problem.

Es céntrico pero aislado del ruido de las terrazas. Muy bien equipado, con detalles como el agua y café. El garaje cerrado y a poca distancia del aparcamiento. El anfitrión, Antonio, muy amable y cercano
Algunas estancias son pequeñas. El acceso a la terraza por las escaleras, es muy estrecho y complicado para subir. Las tuberías huelen fuerte. El colchón de la habitación principal es muy blando y se hunde hacia el centro y dificulta el descanso.
