New, clean place, TV has Netflix and other stuff. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Has a washing machine, but I think that the Air dry programme does not work properly (maybe I just didnt set it up right). It has kitchenware, rice cooker, induction cooker and a microwave. The owner was always on the line to help us.
The kitchen doesn't have basic supplies. It is missing things like a sponge, a rug and maybe the most basic cooking essentials like salt or cooking oil. No detergent for washing plates or clothes, it may be a problem if you stay there for 1 day only. Far from tourist places like Intramuros (yet still doable).
