The place was conveniently located near Tiendesitas which was about an 8 min walk. Everything was accessible and just a short distance away. We had some issues contacting the caretaker during the check in but she was very accommodating afterwards. Host is also very nice.
We had to go out again at around midnight to buy toiletries (soap and shampoo) since it was not provided which we weren't accustomed to when renting other spaces around Manila. Good thing Family Mart is just a few minutes away.

Very accessible to malls, supermarkets and other leisure activities.
Room is very clean and spacious. Has fast wifi. Kitchen equipments are complete and clean.
Comfort room has complete things too. Comes with automatic washer you can use.
Property owner is always responsive and nice.

Checking in was a bit frustrating; I didn’t receive an endorsement form which the guard was asking from me. But he was very helpful in helping me to call the property management. It was unfortunate that I don’t have local celfone# nor data! He even connected me with his wifi/data to be able to open my e-mail and show him my endorsement form. Thanks to his patient assistance!
The room was clean & decent enough for me & my friends (3). Kitchen wares were provided, so we were able to cook something for breakfast.
I informed the property management that the unit needs pest control maintenance. There were “baby” cockroaches esp in the bathroom. Also, maybe improve on odour control to make it pleasant smelling for future clients.
