Sweet studio for 2 next to the lake

Clear instructions on how to get in. The apartment was stylish, really tidy, clean and was nicely equipped.

Convenient location for exploring whole region.Easy reach by the car.Easy to find a parking slot around. Apartment itself is really smallish,but comfy and fairly cozy.Apartment is fresh after complete refurbishment.Superbly equipped bathroom.Basically you've got everything needed for few days stay,including good Wi-Fi and IP television. Responsive host is always there to help if needed.

Apartment's windows facing the road.It's not the main road, however it may be a bit noisy especially early morning around 6-7 o'clock when people are heading off for their jobs. Ideally I'd like to see more kitchen utensils and dishes (e.g. tea pot,french press for coffee,some more glasses,e.c.).However it's not a deal breaker by all means.

The apartment was nicely furnished and renovated. The kitchen was decently equipped to make our own meals. The couch opened up into a decent bed and, besides the pillows, it was actually comfortable to sleep on. I was surprised that it was calm and quiet; we didn't hear any noise from the neighbours. Shops, tourist sites, and the lake - everything was only a short walk away.

Had a significant issue with the lack of hot water and the host's response. We stayed for four nights. There was no hot water from the second day until the end of our stay, and the host didn't offer a solution or help. Also, initially the host promised to discuss a refund, but now keeps ignoring my messages and those from Booking.com customer service. On the second day there was no hot water, and we contacted the host, who said there was an issue with the building's water heating system. These things can happen, so we were calmly waiting for more updates from the host and went out exploring. In the late evening of the second day, the hot water had not returned, and we contacted the host again. The host stated the same and said there weren't any updates. On the third day of our stay, we contacted the host again and asked for a solution or any kind of help. The host said we should go to a local gym or swimming pool to shower. We looked up whether there were any gyms or swimming pools in the area and found that there weren't, and wrote that to the host. The host replied that indeed there were none and suggested we look for some hotels and ask if we could shower there. At that point, it became clear that no practical solution would be provided, and we realised that we were on our own to deal with the issue. As the host had previously written that they were happy to discuss a refund, we contacted the host for several days after check-out, but he has mostly ignored us, only replying that the refund amount we requested was too much. We wanted to compromise and lowered the amount we were asking for. In the end, we asked for only a €38 refund for not having hot water for four days, but despite this, he has not responded to our follow-up messages or those from Booking.com customer service (we checked out last Friday, so it has been six days, which is enough time to reply to us and resolve the refund issue).
