Lots of space. Apartment has been clean since arriving. Easy access to keys. There are shops nearby. 15 minutes to reach beach or city’s main centre on foot. We were available to park car nearby most of the time.
Air conditioning in living room is not working properly. Poor electrical installation. Either it’s a faulty toaster or there is problem with apartments fusebox amperage. We had power outage after plugging the toaster. The are two fuseboxes in the apartment. One in main hall, other in first floor storage which is unaccessible with given set of keys. Had to ask neighbour help to unlock the door ant swich fuse back so we would have electricity again. Poor communication from owner when we had outage, had to figure it out by myself.
