Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
The biggest issue is cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the TV was covered in dust, there was dirt above the bed, and the bed itself was stained. We asked the reception twice to have our room cleaned. Each time, the staff apologized and assured us that everything would be properly cleaned. However, when we returned to the room, almost nothing had changed. It felt as though the housekeeping staff simply made the bed and left.
We personally showed the receptionist how dirty the room was. She agreed that it was dirty but offered no solution.
Every time we needed the room cleaned, we had to go to the reception and ask again. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time trying to get the room cleaned to a basic acceptable standard.
Another issue was the parking. Cars were regularly given priority and blocked the motorbikes, making it difficult to leave. The staff did nothing to organize the parking properly.
The most disappointing part was not just the poor cleanliness, but the staff’s attitude. We wasted several hours of our vacation trying to resolve what should have been a basic housekeeping issue. Instead of fixing the problem, we received nothing but empty promises.
We have photos and videos showing the condition of the room before and after the so-called cleaning.
We hope the management will seriously improve the housekeeping standards and the way guests are treated, because in its current state, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really enjoyed the stay! Room is very clean and new! Location is very convenient and easy to commute!
The only issue is with the drain, we had a few visitors coming up (small cockroach). Besides that, 10/10 for this place.

The hotel location on Google maps is not correctly pinned. We drove around to look for it before calling to the reception to be guided. The hotel itself is quite clean and in good condition. The hotel is not very near central area but quiet for those who seek to stay away from noisy roads. The price seems reasonable for us as we booked quite last minutes and during Tet holidays.
