    I had a somewhat frustrating experience with the check-in process. Communication had been ongoing until shortly before my arrival, but the emails came from an account associated with a similar property, which led me to mistakenly believe that I would be staying there instead. I also did not receive a reply to my last-minute email, so I was unsure whether my message had been seen. As I did not have a Hungarian phone number, I eventually had to ask a friend to call on my behalf. In the end, the check-in process took about an hour. I think the communication process could be improved, for example by using WhatsApp or another messaging app that allows guests to call and receive quick replies more easily. That said, the property itself was very clean and nicely renovated. The bathroom and other facilities were also spotless. It is a shame because the quality of the accommodation is very good, but the service and communication significantly affected the overall experience.
