    What I liked The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Opera House and close to the metro, making it easy to move around the city. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable variety, healthy options and proper coffee made from beans. The room was quite spacious and, most importantly, very quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. What could be improved This is an old hotel that has been renovated and visually refreshed. However, the age and deterioration of the original building are still noticeable. Although an effort has been made to modernize and improve its appearance, several elements—such as the toilet cistern, the room layouts, the distribution of the spaces and some of the facilities—still feel dated and show considerable wear. The bathroom was somewhat small, and the towels were extremely thin and should be replaced with better-quality ones. The staff were generally polite but very brief and limited when guests asked for advice about where to go, what to visit or how to get around the city. They did not seem particularly willing to assist tourists beyond providing very basic answers. A more helpful and welcoming attitude would significantly improve the guest experience. The biggest disappointment was the so-called gym. The hotel advertises a fitness area, but it cannot realistically be considered a proper gym. It is a very small room, approximately 16 square metres, with one exercise bike, a broken treadmill and a few dumbbells, the heaviest weighing only 10 kg. It may be enough for very light exercise, but anyone who wants to train properly will need to find an external gym away from the hotel. Overall, the hotel benefits from an excellent location, a good breakfast and quiet, spacious rooms. However, guests should be aware that it is an old, partially renovated property whose age remains evident, and some services and facilities need considerable improvement.
