Overall the home was a great value. The location was perfect for us being close to Old Town & ASU. The host was very responsive when I messaged. The outdoor dining area was perfect for our large group. The property having 3 bathrooms was great (hard to find in that area). The bathrooms could definitely use some updating… the master shower was particularly bad. The pool size looks bigger in the photos. The pool is very small. (Worked great for our needs but looked larger to me in the pictures). There is no real indoor dining area. Again, worked great for us. We used the outdoor space for our dinners. Not a luxury property but overall a great value.

Everything worked out great and had everything we needed. Although we didn't spend much time there other than to sleep, it was a great home and the 3 bathrooms were great. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only complaint was parking. The driveway was too small for 2 vehicles to park, (was driving 2 trucks) and someone parked in front of the house every day where we would have parked. Luckly we were able to leave our trailer at another lot because there was no room for one there. Most people probably won't have parking issues so all good. We'd stay again.

Worked for our needs. No table inside to eat at, and no lights outside for outdoor eating. Older home with not many lights in the living areas - but comfortable for our family. Centrally located to everything, 20 minutes to everywhere we needed to be!

The house was ok. There were several minor things wrong with the place that should be replaced. In the kitchen there are 14 outlets around the counter top - only 2 of them worked. There are 3 track lights that run from the front of the house to the kitchen, only 1 worked. The two in the kitchen area did not work. There are 3 sliding glass doors and 1 set of french doors in the house. When we arrived, the one in the MB was unlocked and the one in the family room closest to the pool was broken and wouldn't lock. The second bath on the first floor drain didn't drain. We were told the day before we arrived that the garage door was not working so we couldn't park in the garage. The wifi seemed weak. Tried to play programs off our phones to the tv and sound wouldn't work consistently. They sent a repair man out 2 days in a row and all he could fix was the slider near the pool. All the outlets still don't work, garage door, drain, and the lights still don't work. The house was clean, beds were comfortable.
