The apartment features a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Both the ensuite and main bathroom include stone benchtops, adding a touch of comfort and quality. A European-style laundry is conveniently located within the main bathroom.

Within the Swell Resort, you’re only 3 minutes to Burleigh Beach, 5 minutes to James Street cafés and boutiques, and moments from Burleigh Headland and Tallebudgera Creek, making it easy to enjoy coastal walks, swimming, dining, and shopping.



This property is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful stay. Strictly no parties, smoking, or pets. Swell 1117 is a comfortable and well-located base for a laid-back Burleigh Heads getaway.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours

▪️ General construction activity near some properties

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
