It doesn't get any better than this!!

Superb beachfront location.

An older style, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (8th floor) on Burleigh beachfront.

Boasting beach and ocean views, this location is unbeatable with Burleigh beach flagged area, surf club and the Burleigh Pavilion/Rickshores right out front. The building is the closest accommodation to the flagged swimming area.

Rated by Experienceoz in the top 3 beaches in Australia, Burleigh has something for everyone.

On arrival, park your car and experience everything Burleigh has to offer on foot with shops, first class restaurants, cafes and bars a 2 minute walk away in the James Street precinct.

In the morning watch the sunrise and check out the waves from your balcony or take a stroll around the headland through the national park to witness the awakening of a new day. Grab your coffee from one of the many cafes within a short walk of the unit. As the sun sets in the afternoon, sit up on the headland (2 min walk) under the pandanus trees eating your fish and chips while watching the surfers enjoying their last waves of the day.

Relax on the beach, take a dip in the ocean or lie by the heated pool. Other complex facilities include a sauna, large heated spa and tennis court with basketball hoop. There is also a BBQ located in the pool area.

Leisure options abound with walking trails through the national park or along the esplanade which also offers running/cycling paths and exercise equipment with a view.

Please note - we do not accept 1 night bookings. 2 night bookings will be considered during low season only.

The unit accommodates a maximum of 7 guests in a King, Queen and 3 single bed configuration. The maximum number of guests must be strictly adhered to. The onsite managers reserve the right to terminate a booking (without refund) if guests do not comply.

No pets allowed. Apartment and complex are non-smoking and have a strict "no party" policy.

A security deposit of $300 is required with the balance to be refunded after departure, provided there is no damage to the apartment or contents.

Check in time- 2.00pm. Check out- 9.30am.

Rates include linen, bath towels and cleaning.

Beach towels are available for hire from reception for $5 per person.

Burleigh and Surrounds :

Kilometres of walking/cycling tracks along the esplanade foreshore and through the national park, offer an endless supply of exercise and leisure options with amazing views.

The James Street shopping precinct (a 2 minute walk away) has something for everyone including shops, cafes, eateries and bars whilst the award winning Rick Shores restaurant is across the road.

Don't forget the newly upgraded and renovated Burleigh Surfclub (also across the road) for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Markets at Burleigh State School are on every Saturday morning from 7am. They offer a large variety of fresh produce.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a 10 minute drive away and Movie World, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and Wet'n'Wild theme parks are a 30 min drive away. Tickets and tours can be arranged through reception.

Gold Coast Airport is a 15 minute drive away.

Please note - At present, the Gold Coast Light Rail works are in progress on the highway at Burleigh and there is construction at a neighbouring property.
Noise from both projects varies from week to week. We and most guests have not found it to be an issue, but we feel it appropriate to bring it to prospective guests' attention.

Great location, central to everything! The unit was perfect in size for us as we were able to have our own room, views were spectacular and location ideal. Great walking trails, close to fabulous food, shopping and coffee. Bus stop across the road as we didn’t have or need a car. The unit was spacious and clean generally but floors, lounge and cupboards could use a bit more attention eg sand dirt on floors and lounges ,sticky spills on front of cupboards in kitchen- just minor stuff.The only issue was the 24/7 tram extension work that was happening during the week of our stay made sleeping difficult. Not in the control of the stayz accommodation but would have been nice to have been informed prior to our stay.Would definitely stay again!

We loved the convenience of the location and having amenities such as the laundry in the unit and the well equipped kitchen. The building and unit are not super new or updated but everything was clean and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of warning about a maintenance person needing to spray the door which smelled quite toxic and interrupted the stay, and the garage being cleaned meaning we had no access for a day.
