Local Wildlife:

Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.

Pool Heating:

The pool may be heated for a $75, per day, fee. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this option.



Pool Safety:

The safety of our guests is a top priority. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the backyard and pool area. The pool is professionally serviced on Tuesday and Friday mornings.



Landscaping:

The property is professionally landscaped every Monday morning. Please be aware that you may hear or see landscapers moving about the house to keep a fresh yard for your stay!



Trash Service:

Trash pickup is on Monday AND Thursday. The trash company will pull the cans out to the street and bring back to the house.
