Beach Bum HQ is a newly renovated single-story home in Panama City Beach, purpose-built for families and groups who want private resort-style amenities at their doorstep — a heated private pool, fenced backyard, pickleball court, garage game room, fire pit, and charcoal grill, all within your own gates. Sleeping 9 across four bedrooms (King master with jetted tub, two Queens, and a full-over-twin), this is a property where most guests find they spend half their days at the house and the other half exploring the coast. You're a sidewalk walk to Rick Seltzer Park's beach access, 5 minutes from St. Andrews State Park, and centrally located on North Lagoon — close to marinas, waterfront dining, and local favorites like Dat Cajun Place and Pineapple Willy's. Must be 21+ to book.

House was as described and how it looked in pictures. House has lots of trees and shrubs making it feel incredibly private. Decent amount of road noise from the street but nothing can be done about that. Good amount of toys available to use in the pool. Pool area has tall fences so no worries about neighbors. Kitchen has basically everything you’d need to cook with. Garage area was cool and my kids throughly enjoyed the basketball and ping pong table. It’s awesome that the garage has AC in it as well. Love that there were TV’s in every room, not common in most places we rent. Communication with owner was great. Had a few minor gripes, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s comfortable and truly has something for everyone. The owners have put a lot of thought into the little details, making it feel just like being at home.We did experience a minor issue with the pool heat, but it was addressed quickly and everything was up and running in no time, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment at all.This is definitely a family-friendly home, and we would happily stay here again.

This home is perfect for a family vacation. It is laid out well an gives privacy for all rooms. The pool and yard were beautiful and a great size. The garage is set up as a perfect game room. The part I really appreciated was how well the home is stocked. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys and anything else you need. Communication was excellent even on Sunday. We will rent again.
