Suncity Axon suite At Bukit bintang kl

Axion ..residence bellissima nel cuore di Kl,eravamo gia stati e abbiamo scelto di tornare ...camere pulite ,piscina al 37 mo piano (che questa volta non ho usato perche all'andata èra piena di bambini che urlavano ) Una persona gentile ed educata che prova a risolvere tutti i problemi l'ho trovata qui ..credo che si chiama Bibek e sta alla reception del residence

Che non mi e piaciuto ..noi abbiamo prenotato un "monolocale queen" ..check in ..arrivato un signore gentile per portarci le chiavi e ci ha portato in una" suit famigliare" facendoci credere che siamo stati fortunati ....qualche ora dopo quando abbiamo pagato la stanza ci e stato detto che se volevamo rimanerci li dovevamo aggiungere 100 myr( tipo 20€) ..abbiamo rifiutato per principio ..non abbiamo chiesto noi di darci la suit .. Allora ha detto che il giorno dopo ci dobbiamo spostare nel monolocale prenotato ..mi sono svegliata presto per rifare le valigie ..ho perso 2 ore del unico giorno intero che stavo a Kl ,ho lasciato le valigie pronte e la chiave ( lui li avrebbe trasportate nel altro appartamento , pomeriggio ho dovuto perdere tempo a tornare nel residence per prendere la nuova chiave( che tra altro non ci nemmeno piu cambiato la stanza) Altro ..il phon c' e ma ha la presa europea e non si puo usare ..me ne sono accorta dopo .. La porta non si chiude bene e cosi l' alarme ha suonato tutta la notte

Location was excellent. Walking distance to shopping malls and plenty of eateries around.

Firstly, the host demanded to be paid in cash. That caught me off guard! So, i was escorted to an ATM and withdrew. Later i found out that all the other different hosts demanded to be paid in cash. If it's stated in booking.com I would have prepared. Lastly, the lift was very very very slow. During peak times (evenings) there're long ques all the way around the reception/security desk. The lifts needs to be positioned/stationed at different levels as a default and move at intervals, not all going up or down at the same time.
