Die Lage ist absolut super - ca. 100m vom Campo entfernt. Man ist also mitten in der Altstadt! Zur Wohnung kann man einen privaten Parkplatz gleich neben der Wohnung mieten. Den muss man zwar extra bezahlen, sollte man aber investieren. Ist super bequem! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, spricht gut englisch und ist jederzeit erreichbar!
Kartoffelschäler und Messer sind recht stumpf.

Posizione ottima. Casa accogliente. Proprietario disponibile. Posto auto a 10 metri dall' ingresso (a pagamento oltre alla tariffa Ztl dovuta al comune).
Pulizia, o non era stata effettuata oppure chi la fa non è del mestiere. Proprietario disponibile chiede scusa per l'accaduto. Consiglio maggiore fornitura di utensili in cucina. Di sera tardi rumori che non consentono il riposo generati da ragazzi che si riuniscono sotto l'appartamento in un giardino adiacente. Questo ovviamente non è colpa del proprietario.

Perfect location in the historic part of Siena, 2 minute walking distance to Piazza il Campo. Big apartment, parking place available (though very difficult to get the ZTL permit because the site is only in Italian and there are many many fields to check! But Mario was helpful in this regard). Very good host, ready to help with everything!
The young people in the apartments nearby partying until 2 or 3 AM 😡 but this has nothing to do with the accomodation. Could use a little refurbish with more modern facilities. But if you're away the whole day it's not that important.

big apartment comfortable bed great location & beautiful view of the countryside, washing machine included, friendly communicative (but only partly helpful) off-site apt manager
numerous deficiencies: unsafe kitchen outlets, very loose shower faucet, pillows too soft, difficult to control AC, leaking kitchen drain, inadequate pots and pans (incl chipped enamel pots and scratched teflon pans), very noisy neighborhood including loud Contrada parties as late as 1 am.
