スタッフの方が海外の人で最初は心配だったがとても良い方たちでよかったです。

Our stay at Hakone Mori No Sato was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to unwind and experience Hakone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the onsen facilities were exceptional. Soaking in the hot springs after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, providing excellent hospitality and making us feel right at home. The traditional Japanese meals were beautifully prepared and delicious, showcasing fresh local ingredients and authentic flavors. Every detail reflected the care and dedication of the hotel team. If you're looking for a quiet, authentic Japanese ryokan experience with excellent service, relaxing hot springs, and outstanding food, I highly recommend Hakone Mori No Sato. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hakone.

雨天時に雨宿り先として利用した。 対応して下さった外国人の方は片言ではありましたがきちんと説明して頂きました。

部屋の中で虫が多く、清潔なのか？という疑問点が1点 テレビとベッドの位置が絶妙にズレている。 ドライヤーが1台しかないのは仕方ないのだが、もう1台貸して欲しいと伝えると難色を示されたのだが、もし、ドライヤーが故障した場合どうなるのか？予備置いてないのもどうなのか？ チェックアウトの方法が分からず、サイトに飛んで電話する羽目に、そのまま部屋でてOKってセキュリティ大丈夫？？？
