I love how people greet customers. It really makes you feel wellcome. I especially respected in HARRIS HOTEL about how reasonable requests from customers are met with solutions from the hotel people. This is so rare to find.
The breakfast at HARRIS is a rich experience.
Food is diverse and delicious, people are very professional and careful with customers. Try to avoid being there on Sundays because is very crowded. I prefered to order breakfast in room on the second Sunday of my stay of 23 days.
in the breakfast restaurant the A/C was very strong for me. It is better for men in suits.
In the room i did not like that the window cannot be be open so you can breathe fresh air
( i know, Jakarta air is polluted, but still,you dont breathe the same air if you have a longer stay, like i did ).
