clean and spacious room. good modern vibes, reception was at sky floor. staff was friendly and professional. housekeeping & room service was good to my needs. professional security team stationed on the tower lobby. greet and consistent with security checks.

hotel location seems like it is placed in a rough neighbourhood.

The whole building is new, with amazing facilities when compared to Indonesian standards. There is a jacuzzi and a cold plunge bath next to it, really good after a long, sweaty day in Jakarta streets.

In respect to cleanliness the room was vacuumed by cleaning staff, they definitely need a cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner or something similar to get rid of hair and small parts of dust. The elevator is warm which can be annoying, no aircon at the hotel entry, if there is, it wasn't on. The room floors have carpet in the corridor/hallway which make it frustrating to push luggage around. But put all those little things aside, an amazing hotel. Will be my choice of stay for future travels

Location, cleanliness, and facilities.

There were a couple of inconsistencies during my stay that affected the experience. The pool and sauna schedule did not match the advertised hours, as both facilities were unavailable at times when they were expected to be open (6am to 8pm). It was also difficult to order drinks while enjoying the pool because no staff members were present or checking the area, which made the service feel less attentive than expected. I hope this helps improve the guest experience going forward.
