Villa Veslo

The property is in a convenient location and was very clean. The hosts were pleasant and accommodating. One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to the main attractions. The Upper Town can be reached directly via the stairs that start right next to the accommodation, while the Old Bazaar and the pier are also within easy walking distance. The beaches near the Old Town are accessible on foot as well.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The beds could be more comfortable, and the rooms are on the smaller side. The kitchen facilities and supplies are quite limited, which may be inconvenient for guests planning longer stays or traveling with children. There are also no laundry facilities available. Since the property is located on one of the main roads, there is some traffic noise during the night. Parking was also somewhat inconvenient. One of the designated parking spaces was fine, but the second one was difficult to use due to the steep and slippery access, and it was occupied by another vehicle during part of our stay despite being reserved for us. While the beaches near the Old Town can be reached on foot, they were extremely crowded during our August visit, with very little space available even for a towel. Travelers planning to spend most of their time at the beach may find having a car useful in order to access less crowded beaches outside the immediate area. Overall, the accommodation is suitable for short stays of a few days, especially for single travelers, couples, or younger guests. For longer stays, families, or travelers who need more space and self-catering facilities, it may feel somewhat limiting. Considering the size of the rooms and the available amenities, we found it to be relatively expensive for what it offers.

Perfect location

Een prachtig ingerichte, nieuwe plek in het stadscentrum, en rustig en vredig, ik heb er geen woorden voor. Het ligt op slechts 1 minuut van de oude bazaar van Ohrid, met talloze markten en restaurants. Op slechts vijf minuten lopen vind je het amfitheater, de Bovenpoort, het fort van Samoil en vele culturele en historische monumenten. Ook de haven is vlakbij. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de ontvangst en alle informatie die de eigenaren me hebben gegeven 😍. Ik beveel het van harte aan iedereen aan die op zoek is naar rust en stilte, dicht bij het centrum 🥰

Great location!!! Just a minute walking distance from the old bazaar. Also very close to all other tourist attractions. Modern rooms, everything renovated and completely new. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it. .
