Unfortunately, our stay at Paseo Verde was disappointing, especially because of a serious cleanliness and hygiene concern. The most concerning issue was the condition of the bed and foam. The foam felt itchy, and after sleeping on it, my family members developed a severe and widespread rash on the back especially my pamangkim. We were very concerned because this happened during our stay, and the skin reaction was significant enough that we had to take it seriously. I am attaching a photo of the rash for reference. We strongly recommend that the management thoroughly inspect and deep-clean or replace the foam/mattress and properly sanitize all bedding before accommodating another guest. The bathroom was also dirty and needs better cleaning and maintenance. The room itself is already in need of renovation, and the kitchen area also needs significant improvement and renovation. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, particularly the issue with the bed and the rash, as cleanliness and guest safety should be a priority.

beach and pool is very nice, we enjoyed it a lot. however the casitas are not clean especially the restrooms. It is small and old and dirty . The rooms have small ants too. But the park, the pool, the beach is very nice and so relaxing. Recommended place but choose the modern casitas.

The room we are in was old and in need of renovation especially the washroom, it’s old and outdated and in need of repairs and deep cleaning, the cabinet is broken, the aircon in the loft is not enough and the breakfast is subpar. The facility outside is always clean and there’s no staff at night if you need something you have to ask the security guard, he is helpful though and I see him roaming the places I feel safe. If you are family of 10 or more book the new building my sister checked it and she said it’s better and new.
