location perfect, safe and secure, beautiful villa. cant fault the property at all.

service from the host (alfresco) was not great. they made us go collect the keys from office which was 10 minutes away in taxi . massive incovenience with 2 children and pregnant wife. not helpful at all and very rude on phone. poor communication on their part. Also, if travelling with children be aware. there is a scottish lady who lives on the grounds of the premises. she really does not like children at all, or anyone having fun. she locked the pool gates on day 2, and accused our sons of breaking a light in the pool ( i investigated it and there was no damage at all, not even slightly) so she closed the pool for remaining 3 days. our boys were the only kids on complex and she said that 2 people saw the boys do it, and when i asked her to tell me who said it, she just lied and said she couldnt tell me. because it was not true. a real fire breathing dragon.
