The location of the apartment is good. Public transport is close with very frequent lines. While it's not quite within walking distance to the main promenade, it is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away. Right next to the apartment, there is a great supermarket and a lovely cafe where we enjoyed our morning coffee every single day. The host provided all the details clearly so we had easy access to the main entrance.

The apartment looks much better in the photos than in reality. I usually love vintage decor, but this place felt more outdated and dark and cold, rather than charming. Cleanliness could also be improved, the floor wasn’t cleaned well, and the sofa felt quite dusty. There is a balcony/outdoor space that has great potential to be a wonderful area for sitting and relaxing, but it is currently neglected, dusty, and filled with old, flowerless pots, making it usable only for drying laundry. Even though the outside temperature was over 25°C, the apartment felt quite cold inside because it's on the ground floor and doesn't get any sunlight. Overall,the apartment could be really nice and cozy because the building is traditionally italian, but it needs updating.
