Very nice villa, located in a very nice community. Strategic, within few minutes to Khamis beach and sunset town. The manager was very supportive. Appreciate her support when she took my sister to the hospital when she found out that she is ill. Appreciate the support.
Something for further improvement, to find solution about the mosquitos.

I like the host who comes to give us the key, show us around the villa. I like how quiet it is at night. We, unfortunately, come at a times where the neighbor villa was under-construction so it is noisy in the morning. Though the construction site is 70% complete when we stayed there around June 2026.
The only reason why I don't fully give a 100% score was that there are a few things that was broke/inoperable when we arrived. Though I do have to give credits to the host, they were very quick on response and get right on with the fixing.
