Stayed 3 nights here. Cleanliness & comfort are good. Breakfast can be a miss, just simple offerings (1 menu of the day such as Pho, Noodles etc), toast w butter/jam and coffee is instant 3-in-1 sachet brew-yourself type. We had to change our room after an hour as the aircon was really not cooling. Then the changed room aircon also went out-of-order on the 2nd day morning, which thankfully their technician came & fixed it up after 3 hours. Toilet drainage also choked up frequently. We don't quite understand these issues as the hotel looks and feel quite new. Quite a few good restaurants just a few steps away, which we guessed all belongs to the same managerment. Can walk or ask the staff to shuttle service to the beach area. Overall, the stay and experience was saved by the helpful and good service by the staff.
