This property features 3 exterior security cameras on the perimeter near Units 1 and 4, facing the garbage dumpsters, parking lot, and lakefront/dock area. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record sound and video when activated by motion - Please note that at the end of July, the lake gets warmer and blooms with algae. The HOA maintains a natural shoreline, and it is safe to be in the water. Water shoes are recommended. However, it is not the same experience as a chlorinated pool; please consider the lake conditions before booking. - The HOA has bonus lakeside amenities available for guests and residents on a first-come, first-served basis, but it is not a resort, and amenity availability cannot be guaranteed
