ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This property is located within an HOA. Prior to arrival, guests over the age of 18 must fill out a form and share a photo ID, address, and vehicle details
- A tenant lives on-site, in the lower-level apartment, with a separate entrance, and may be present during your stay. There is a door between units with a lock on each side. The grill and patio area are shared
- This 2-story townhome requires 1 step to enter; all bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the 2nd floor
- The twin beds are narrow twins (30" x 75")
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras on the perimeter near Units 1 and 4, facing the garbage dumpsters, parking lot, and lakefront/dock area. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record sound and video when activated by motion
- Please note that at the end of July, the lake gets warmer and blooms with algae. The HOA maintains a natural shoreline, and it is safe to be in the water. Water shoes are recommended. However, it is not the same experience as a chlorinated pool; please consider the lake conditions before booking.
- The HOA has bonus lakeside amenities available for guests and residents on a first-come, first-served basis, but it is not a resort, and amenity availability cannot be guaranteed
