Yet another Great stay at the Spruce House, we absolutely love it here. Wonderful time with elderly parents, making new memories, no stairs, which made it so easy for them. My husband and I have stayed at a lot of properties and this one is one of the best! It was the cleanest place by far! Kitchen was well equipped, with an island and a big dining table for all of us to sit at. Communication was great, and they thought of all the extra details that made the stay a little extra special. We will definitely be back, love this place so much with the greatest owners Ronan & Dana.

This house is by far the loveliest we've ever rented. The owners (Ronan & Dana) could not have been more welcoming and warm. The house was beautiful; the kitchen, a cook's dream, This is the fourth time we have rented this lovely home nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Birchwood. The house is on a very quiet street, only five minutes from town. The deck is great for grilling. It has all amenities. Bird watching is great, and the owners are wonderful. Definitely returning next year.

This is our third time staying on this property we loved it so much we had to come back!
The house and property make for a perfect spot to relax and forget about life for a long weekend. We are still talking about all the fun we had. This house is amazing. Exactly as described, easy to find. The house was so pretty as well as fully decorated. It is also stocked with all living necessities. We watched the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) from the back porch, and it was amazing! The owners are so kind and accommodating. They went well above and beyond our expectations! The house itself always exceeds our expectations, as well. It was clean, well-kept and very comfortable. We will be recommending this to friends! Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to return!
