About this villa rental
Villa Marco is a beautiful villa situated in a quiet residential area close to the cliffs that overlook the harbour in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Accommodation comprises of 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. The master suite is completely separate from the rest of the villa and has its own mirrored dressing area and an en-suite bathroom.The villa boasts a 9mtr x 5mtr heated swimming pool giving ample space for a proper swim. The dining area seats 6 and has WiFi, satellite TV, video, hair dryer and DVD player. The outside terraces which capture the first and last rays of the sun, have ample areas for sunbathing as well as shaded areas for alfresco dining. Casa Marco is fully alarmed and has a safe. We provide a cot and high chair, if required, at no extra charge. The villa is ideal for both families with children or couples that like a little extra space and luxury with the advantage that we live locally, meet you on arrival and are on hand if there are any problems.

The property is a delight. Its nicely decorated and well equiped. The pool is large and deep, able to have a proper swim. 15min walk to the charming Old Town with good restaurants and bars. Marios restaurant very good and is only 5 minute walk.

Well, what can I say…..
Having been to Puerto del Carmen a few times over the last 10 years, this time we thought we’d try a villa.
The whole booking process with Sonja was easy and straightforward, with her communication second to none and answering any queries I had instantly.
When we arrived at the Villa it was better than we imagined, and actually bigger than on the photos.
The pool is a great size and the kids loved it, no fighting for a sun bed as enough to go round for everyone.
The cleanliness of the whole place is outstanding and there is so much room within the whole villa.
The location of the villa is in an area we knew well, and it’s nice and quiet, but still close enough to everything with a short walk.
I could go on praising this place all day, but just want to say thank you to Sonja for the use of her home.
Highly recommend this villa.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Marco, from the booking of the villa and outstanding communication with the owner Sonja to the lovely cleaner who did an amazing job by making it spotless when we arrived. The pool and outside area was such a bonus and we spent a lot of our time in the day there and played cards around one of the tables in the evening.
Safety is excellent in this villa and we felt extremely safe here.
We walked daily from the villa to the old harbour which is such a lovely scenic walk, with pubs and shops on the way too.
Would highly recommend Casa Marco to anyone.

2 wonderful weeks at Casa Marco, it out did our expectations of a Villa holiday!! Great sized villa suitable for a family of 6 without feeling on top of each other. Outside area was spot on too with a great sized pool which is heated & Sonja recommended we cover it at night to keep the heat in. The communication we had with Sonja was excellent & we had the pleasure of meeting her one day when she popped into to see us, bringing a beautiful cheesecake as we were celebrating a couple of birthdays & a special anniversary. So very thoughtful of her to do this! The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area with the Montana Tropical within a 5 minute walk, with a couple of lovely bars & restaurants & a Spar. We however organised a food delivery through Mercadona supermarket & it was excellent, definitely recommend that.
It was easy enough to walk into the Old town or even further into main strip, we always got a taxi back to save walking up hills & steps.
We look forward to returning in the future, highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!
