    NO WATER. MATTRESS IS LIKE A THIN SLICE OF CLOTH. HOT WATER COMES FOR 2 HOURS, IF THEEE IS POWER. GOT A TOWEL ON THE SEOCND DAY OF STAY. THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE WASH BASIN.

    Hi, it's totally different from the website. TV doesn't work. Never provide garbage bag for dustbin. We are staying there for 2 nights. Room service came & clean the room but didn't change the bed sheet, pillow case all. Bathroom still dirty even after cleaning. No hot water in bathroom. It will be open 7am-9am (2 hours) only.Before 9am they stopped the hot water. The hot water qty is too slow&small like a water gun.Toilet flush doesn't work properly.No tissue paper, no towel, no drinking water (only has empty bottle inside the room). In website got mentioned as free/parking vailable but not at all. Actually I had an arguments with hotel staffs.Really disappointed and worst experience ☹️. Strictly advised pls don't bring along elders & kids,since there was no water after the said timing and sure will suffer with 🥶🥶. Thank u

    The room was worth the price. Only problem we faced was that there was no ventilation in the room it felt suffocating at times. But as it was cold outside it was manageable. Tv was not working we don't know whether its our issue or not. Bathroom was neat and clean. Lighting should be improved
