Quintinha das Madalenas

We had a lovely five-night stay at Quintinha das Madalenas. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The terrace was one of the highlights, offering views and a space to relax. The Wi-Fi was excellent, we felt very safe throughout our stay, and the property offered good value for money. Communication with the host was also excellent, and everything from arrival onwards was handled smoothly.

A few small additions would make the stay even better. When all the bedrooms are occupied, more towels would be useful, particularly for a five-night stay. As we visited during summer, the bedrooms could become quite warm, so fans or air conditioning would considerably improve comfort. It would also be a thoughtful touch to provide some basic tea and coffee, particularly for guests arriving late. These were relatively minor points, however, and overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the property.

The location was very good, provided you have a car. The house was really big and there are 2 terraces.

There was no dishwasher, which isnt a problem, but the towels that were provided are not good. The bedding could use a steam cleaning.

Muchas gracias a Fabio por su amabilidad y estar permanentemente en contacto. La casa es hermosa, amplia, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estadía y bien ubicada para poder recorrer la isla.

El único detalle para mencionar es que nos tocaron días muy calurosos y por las noches tal vez hubiese sido necesario un ventilador. Pero más allá de eso, todo es un 10!!!
