Nice modern apartment in a great location. Excellent views from the two balconies. Pretty ample street parking. Facilities are clean, modern, and in good shape. No complaints. 10/10

The location is good, near the city center with couple of bus stops around and also near a supermarket. Enough space for two persons in a quiet neighborhood. It is an okay/basic stay in Funchal for a couple of days.

The picture and description says that there are a broad toaster, toiletries, toilet paper, coffee and tea. All those things were not present in the house. After trying to communicate with the owner about some of those items, she never replied to me anymore. Description says that the rooms are soundproof. This absolutely false and the rooms are very noisy, you can hear everyone outside and everything that happens on the street. It is a good thing that the street is not very busy at night. There is free parking available, but before and after working hours, it can take a couple of minutes to find a space. The house looks really clean on the pictures, but in reality it is not. Also the house is outdated and a bits of mold in the bathroom. When I booked this apartment, the rating was a 8.9 out of 10, I can really not understand why. It competes with the bare minimum, so I would not give it more than 5 stars. I think the price is too much for what you get.
