Loads of space, beautiful bedding and rooms, lovely heritage setting with modern facilities in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy access parking. Simple tram into the CBD or short walk through Fitzroy Gardens. Or you can just enjoy the great cafe across the road!

The whole house was beautiful and spacious, enough space and bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the morning. Enough room for multiple peoples' luggage in the rooms. Everyone managed to enjoy every room in the house during our stay, including the patio. The upstairs central heating made it easy to stay warm overnight (bunch of queenslanders). Tram stop right outside, amenities a close 4min walk away, city felt very close to get to.
