Strictly no parties, gatherings, or event are allowed at the accommodation. Excessive noise in the immediate area of the accommodation including the street, garden and balconies will also not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to your rental being terminated with no refund of fees. We hope you can understand the reasons for this. Great spot right in the heart of Fitzroy. Two solid bedrooms, nice modern kitchen, and steps to everything you could want including restaurants, bars, groceries, Fitzroy Gardens and the city. Really good value for this part of the city.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home that's walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, secure, and well-appointed. The lovely outside space added to an all-around excellent experience.

The Fitzgeorge is in a terrific location in a hip neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and trams. Kristina was very responsive when we had questions. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom shower is terrific.
