The apartment was comfortable, clean and was well supplied for cooking. The management team communicated well, were very responsive & accommodating. I also briefly got to meet the host, she was also accommodating, helpful & gracious.

The apartment is on the 5th floor in an old building, so it took awhile to get hot water in the shower. Also there's no elevator, which wasn't a problem for us, but guests will need to carry their bags up steep steps to the 5th floor.

The location is premium. It is a nice clean place in the heart of Manhattan. It is perfect for exploring the city. The hosts are great and super responsive and helpful, the overall experience was great. It allowed us to explore NYC like never before and the price was absolutely fair.

The only potential “downside” is the lack of a lift. It’s on the fifth floor, but only three flights of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us.

Tutto perfetto, Mauricio ci ha aspettati a casa e ci ha anche aiutati con le valigie. Ogni minimo intoppo è stato risolto dagli hosts in tempi record. La posizione dell'alloggio è fantastica, vicina a supermercati, ristoranti, bar di ogni tipo. Soggiornare qui consente di spostarsi quasi sempre a piedi per visitare tutta midtown e downtown. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso per gli standard di NY ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in pieno relax, sono presenti tv e molti utensili ed elettrodomestici da cucina per non dover mangiare ogni giorno al ristorante o per fare una ricca colazione senza problemi. Forse aggiungerei qualche sedia pieghevole per sfruttare il tavolo a disposizione. Grazie Maurizio, Sandy e Sunny Bridges Properties per averci davvero coccolati! Prenotate se amate viaggiare da local e vi interessa più vivere la città che pernottare in strutture sfarzose. Torniamo presto!
