We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it, especially for longer stays. Pros: The location is perfect. The Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station on the Midosuji Line is only about a 5-minute walk away, while Shin-Osaka Station is around 15 minutes on foot. Shin-Osaka is a major station with connections to several other lines, so it was very convenient for getting around. There is also a convenience store located right downstairs, which was extremely convenient, especially for grabbing breakfast, drinks, or anything we needed during the day. The apartment is very spacious. We were three people and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The beds were large and very comfortable. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the windows had proper curtains—many apartments in Japan don’t have them, so this made a big difference, especially in the mornings. The value for money was also excellent. Considering the spaciousness, location, facilities, and overall comfort, we felt that the apartment offered a very good price-to-quality ratio, especially for a longer stay. There is some noise from trains and airplanes, but earplugs are provided, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Right in front of the apartment there is a luggage/shipping shop, which is very convenient if you need to send or transport your bags. The apartment was also very well equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, cutlery, dishes, vacuum cleaner, and everything we needed for our stay. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and in a very convenient location. The issues we experienced could hopefully be easily improved. Despite these points, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Osaka.

Cons: Late at night, there are some bars and drinking places near Nishinakajima Station, so you may occasionally see people who have had a bit too much to drink. However, this never bothered us, and we always felt that the area was The TV situation could be improved. We personally prefer having a TV in the bedroom, although that’s obviously a matter of personal preference. More importantly, it wasn’t possible to watch regular TV/news channels, only streaming services using your own account, which was a little disappointing. For a longer stay, we also found the garbage situation a bit inconvenient, particularly with organic waste. The garbage bins filled up quite quickly, and we weren’t given clear information about where or how to dispose of additional garbage. We also had some issues with the bathroom drainage. The drain seemed to need cleaning, and on some occasions water accumulated and drained very slowly, both when using the washing machine and when taking a shower. Another issue was the shower water temperature, which was sometimes unstable and unexpectedly turned cold, even while showering. Finally, communication with the hosts can be a little difficult if you don’t have a Japanese phone number. It would be very helpful if guests could also contact the hosts through messaging apps such as WhatsApp or LINE, especially for international guests who may not have a Japanese phone number.

Space, closer to train stations, CI process was easy and staff member is available for communication in need. Everything was very nice. thank you.

地點離新大阪站走路10分鐘，搭車約4分鐘，如用周遊卷搭新幹線的人，適合住這邊 ，房間設施很新，除了床跟枕頭軟了點，其他設備都很齊全，重點價格還棒，下樓就是便利商店
