Location was excellent easy to navigate to locate subway or a quick 7-10min walk to Hankyu /Umeda station that connects to Osaka Station.
1.Property was “surface” clean but very noticeable that the property is in need of a deep clean. 2. Stairway is very steep and the hand rail between the first and second floor is incomplete at the top end making it difficult to navigate the first 5 steps coming down. 3. Booked a family of 6 and only crockery for 4. Same with meal area is set up for 4. Recommendation fixing #2 asap.

La situation de cet appartement est exceptionnel, dans un quartier calme et charmant faite de petites rues.
L'équipement est très très rudimentaire. Nous étions finalement 4 au lieu de 6. Il était impossible de cuisiner sur place et les couverts insuffisants pour nous 4. Pas trop grave car le quartier possède de bonnes adresses pour diner et déjeuner.

値段が嬉しかったし、広かった。 色々なグッズが思ったよりかなり揃えられていて良かった。
エアコンが一階が効かなかった。 階段が急で手すりがきれていたので年齢が上のものには危なかった。
