Great location - short walk to both Temma station and Ogimachi subway station. Shops and local eats abound. Lovely park about two blocks away with a lot of space for kids and a playground with large slides. there is a small restaurant/bar opposite the building, and many restaurants in the street. Its also a short walk to Umeda. Place was large. We had a family of 6 plus another two guests and there was plenty of room. two separate toilets and a bathroom, plus a large dining area. Very clean and felt very home like.

its great to be close to two train stations, but that also means you get some train noise. The last train finishes at midnight and they start again about 5:30am. If you shut the windows and put the aircon on, you can hardly hear them, but they do provide ear plugs just in case.

Estadía cómoda para nosotros que éramos 13 personas incluyendo dos menores. Es fácil llegar desde la estación Temma que queda a solo una parada de la Estación Osaka. Buscábamos un lugar donde poder desayunar todos juntos, ducharnos y descansar después de días largos de caminata y sin duda cumplió su función. Recomendable

Great location and very nice to have separate bedrooms. Working lift for ease with suitcases. I was a bit apprehensive to start with having the train lines so close, but the noise was minimal, and it didn't disrupt the enjoyment of our stay. We found everything we needed at the apartment, and the english instructions for appliances were useful. Everything worked as it should. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Decor is a little dated but very clean and functional.
