The apartment itself was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. It matched the photos, and the interior was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this apartment was because it advertised access to the swimming pool. However, we were denied access twice by the lifeguard despite showing our reservation and following all the instructions. The issue was never resolved during our stay. Being refused access in front of everyone was humiliating, especially while we saw other people using the pool. This experience left us wondering whether we were treated differently because of the colour of our skin. I sincerely hope that was not the case, but this is how the situation made us feel. Although the property later offered compensation, it did not make up for the disappointment and distress this caused during our holiday.
