Thw property is super bright, QUIET, cozy and comfortable. It was clean and neat and had pretty much everything we wanted. It is on the 8th floor, and the elevator worked impeccably. There is a metro stop super close by and a number of small stores for everything you may need. We did face a little glitch during our stay and the host was always available, welcoming and happy to reaolve all our issues. It is definitely a place I would come back to. And Es, the bed is super comfortable!

The location is great - supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, plenty of shops within walking distance. The closest metro station (Charonne on Line 9) is a few minutes walk away and the metro station Nation is about 10 minutes away. The apartment was clean and functional for two people. Basic necessities are provided (toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils/plates/mugs). Elevator in the building saved us!
The apartment has no AC (which we knew about, so not a complaint). Two fans were provided and we were lucky that the weather was mild during our stay. The sun hits directly in the afternoon, so it can get very hot in the apartment in the summer months.
