L’arredamento di design bellissimo, la domotica in casa che suddivide e permette ad ogni stanza la sua climatizzazione. Gli elettrodomestici nuovi e di gran qualità. L’insonorizzazione della stanza rispetto ai rumori esterni è la posizione rispetto al centro (5 min a piedi). L’ascensore per le auto non lo avevo mai visto, comodo e a 15€ al giorno mentre fuori in strada o nei parcheggi privati il costo è maggiore
L’app sul telefono per aprire porte e garage non funziona. Le pulizie dell’ascensore per le auto non si possono fare a metà mattinata bloccando per mezz’ora le auto in garage
