Le logement est très bien placé, très beau, moderne et la piscine de la résidence est top. Il y a une clim et un télé dans chaque chambre et dans le salon, soit 3 en tout !
Le logement est mal entretenu, beaucoup de matériel commence à se détériorer : poignet de porte mal fixé, vis qui dépasse, volet bloqué, porte-manteau qui se décroche de la porte... Au prix, on s'attend à un meilleur entretien. Il faut aller chercher et rendre les clés aux bureau d'Interhome, ce qui est contraignant. Le voisin du dessous n'arrêtait pas de taper dès qu'on faisait le moindre petit bruit (compliqué de faire marcher sur la pointe des pieds des enfants de 2 et 7 ans !).

În primul rând, terasa, frumoasă și spațioasă, amplasarea în apropierea centrului vechi, faptul ca apartamentul era dotat cu două băi, paturile, lenjeria foarte curată.
Curățenia cam superficială( praf, mai ales în zonele mai puțin vizibile), faptul ca nu a existat nici măcar o capsulă de cafea, ceea ce a făcut foarte grea identificarea tipului de capsule compatibile cu expresorul.
