The property was in excellent clean condition throughout, in a perfect location, with friendly, helpful communication from the owners. They helpfully assisted us with an earlier check in time and extras like milk, bottled water, and tea/coffee etc are such a welcome addition after arriving after a long journey. I would not hesitate to recommend Ollie’s property if you are looking for an excellent value place to stay in central Cheltenham with parking too! Thank you Ollie.

A couple of small issues that I provided feedback on by reporting to the owners but I am sure these will be addressed as these are some of the best hosts you will come across and just want to improve the experience for their guests.

The house was lovely and had all you needed ,it was clean too ,plenty of towels .Well equipped kitchen 3 toilets ,1 downstairs also which was handy .Nice bathroom and shower en -suite .There is a waitrose at the end of the road .The city centre is nice ,lot's of shops and places to eat .

The garden was realy just a concrete yard ,you could see the neighbours through the fence.The chairs outside were awful very uncomfortable .The parking was not the best ok if you have a very small vehicle but otherewise it was tight ! The area is noisy and quite rundown. There is accomadation for people with drug and alchohol problems right opposite who were at one point sat on our doorstep and left a vodka bottle and 2 wine bottles on our doorstep !They also went to the side of the house by the gate but then left after shouted that they tresspassing. You could here people arguing and t.v 's blaring ! The police and an ambulance were also there ! The walk into town takes you through a rundown area where we did not feel safe ! There are locks on the windows which restricted airflow and 2 we could not open upstairs ! The weather was so hot too (not the owners fault ! )Fans were supplied but di d very little to cool us down .We would not return.
