Brand new building and apartment, so everythig was nice. Location is great... quite area but only 5 minute walk from DT02 station. Very easy door code so you don't need to worry about a key. The host was great, handled every small issue/request easily during our one month stay.
There were only two of us so it was fine, but I beleive this is advertised as a 2 bedroom, and the second bedroom is really the living room area.

Good value. Good location for the price. Only one stop away from shibuya easy access about 15 minutes and you’re in shibuya. Good way to experience local living. Host was responsive. Clean new bathroom amazing shower pressure, shampoo conditioner really good. Space is small but good efficient layout.
Wi-Fi very weak didn’t really work. Really really slow. We mostly used our eSIM.
