    Salt Ranch was surprisingly clean and modern, provided a unique experience with the older hotel/motel feel, but with it being very obviously new renovated it did not feel dated or dirty. This could have been my fault, but the surprise $150 deposit when checking in was a surprise to be sure, but nothing that’s not standard usually, just wish it had been advertised a little better. Otherwise, the stay was great, staff was great, and it was a phenomenal value for the money spent.
