Newer house, located across the street from the beach with a few minutes to walk to the waves. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable (although they were covered in a noisy paper-like material under the sheets). Showers had good water pressure. Quiet street with pool at the end by the lagoon. Listing and photos were accurate. Would rent this place again. Within a few miles of the main strip with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The house does shake a little when big trucks drive by but we got used to it pretty quickly. Watch out for all the beach goers walking along/crossing the road, especially at dusk. Great place!

The place is fantastic, looks just like the photos! Brand new, smells like fresh paint (in a good way!), extremely clean. TVs were awesome and Dish cable was a pretty full package, not just a few channels. Short walks to pool/bay one way and ocean the other. We even got a tornado warning! A few possible improvements: lighting up the stairs from parking could have been brighter; wifi was slow at times; the mattress pad on the bed made too much “plastic” noise. Otherwise highly recommend!

The Cottages in Gulf Shores offered everything we needed for our family vacation . Beautiful house, convenient beach access, pool and fishing pier. We experienced beach sunrises and lagoon sunsets!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house! The host was wonderful and had excellent communication leading up to and throughout the stay. Definitely recommend stay here!
