The perfect getaway for you and your family, this home is located on one of the island's superb canals and is the perfect place to tie up the boat to enjoy an afternoon. This offers the opportunity for fishing or taking a nice boat ride around our wonderful island. While enjoying family time in the living room, you can always step outside through the sliding glass doors leading to the back deck.

Our family of 5 enjoyed your house. It was clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet.

Place looks amazing inside. Bright, great layout. We found details to be lacking to the point where you felt like they weren't interested in happy guests, but were interested in booking you (and getting your money) and then you were on your own. Beds were wrapped in plastic making it impossible to sleep. Someone else's dirty underwear behind the dryer. Dead bugs behind couch and tv. Crock pot (which we counted on using) didn't work. Back door deadbolt didn't lock. No coffee filters provided in a town that sells coffee filters nowhere. Deck nails popped up everywhere on the rough deck and stairs. No ladder on the dock to exit the water if you choose to swim in the canal. No other way to get out either. The neighbor was concerned for our kids' safety and gave them an extra ladder to use. Picnic table in the pictures isn't there anymore, so a house that sleeps 6 has a table inside that seats only 4. Roofers showed up at 7:15 a.m. one morning while we were in bed and started throwing bundles of shingles onto the roof. No warning from property management. When staying with this management company, you get no personal greeting from someone who asks you to let them know if you need anything, so it took more than 90 minutes to hear back from local manager after contacting the national phone number about the roofers. They ask you to "throw a load of towels and sheets into the washer before you leave" however do not provide laundry soap or disinfectant or laundry cleaner of any kind. Makes me wonder how the people before me "cleaned" my sheets and towels. So very gross. Will definitely not stay with this management company again.
