The property is an older home that could use a little TLC, but has great access to the beach and the neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Just a couple minutes from shops and restaurants. The employees at Boardwalk Realty were super friendly and helpful.

Overall, not bad. Washer wasn't working. Was informed ahead of time. No dishwasher. Kitchen drawers dirty. Walkin shower nice. Construction needed work. several screws protruding. Rotten steps and landings. Doorway separated at floor. Can see ground.
