This is a pet-friendly unit (dogs under 50 pounds ). All pets must be leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool common area. Please keep the community pristine and pick up after your fur baby. Be mindful of neighbors and keep barking to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Violators will be asked to board their pet if barking is excessive or there are noise complaints.
This property has a strict pet policy and those not in compliance will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

The property was quiet ,very clean , and plenty of room for me my husband and 3 kids . If you are looking for a place that is quiet and cozy but close to alot of things to do this is it . Also was right across from the pool and back porch was private . We will definitely be back . Thank you !

This unit could use a good deep cleaning. We found the unit needed a lot of attention. The following needed to be addressed: kitchen hood was decorative only, neither the fan or the light worked; no hangers or kitchen towels or dish clothes; 2 teaspoons and and worst collection of silverware ever; bedding was poor quality, a decent king sized fitted sheet but a top sheet that was not king size and did not cover the mattress and could not be tucked in;
light out in the laundry area; most corners in the unit were very dirty and moldy and had not been cleaned in a long time; the door for the soap in the dishwasher would not open so no soap when you ran the dishwasher, we ended up just throwing the soap into the dishwasher; drains very slow, the small bathroom sink was plugged for days until maintenance arrived and repaired. In the larger bedroom there were cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling. None of these items really affected our stay but it was not was not as advertised or what we expected.
